Putting off Differential Diagnosis....

Yeah, sitting in a coffee shop, trying to study some stupid crap, but instead I get the urge to procrastinate (my special mutant ability) and put up a post....

So far, fall semester sucks a55.  I truely cannot wait till all this school is done and I have some kind of normal weekend life and social life.  I told the first year class that classic NAVY SEALs line... "Look to your left, look to your right... One of these people will not be here next semester."
I think I made them mad.  I don't think I'm their favorite upperclassman.
Hey, I'm just keeping it real.

Anyway, did I mention SOCOM?  No?  Then you better pull up your damn boot straps and get to fragging, mister, cuz it's coming in 2 weeks.  I've been playing the beta version, and I'm not having a good time. Glitches, mysterious boots from game, trouble connecting, borken interfaces...

(time out... hot chick just walked in....)

Where was I?  Yeah, socom is good, but it's got alot of flaws still, and needs work.  I, as well as alot of other people, are hoping that it all gets fixed, and we can all log on and get our frag on with little trouble...

That's all for now, gotta get back to reading this damn textbook and try to retain some information....

A little partying, a little sicker, and alot of studying.

Ho hum, another day in the boring life of pknyc.
Last week, I happened to go to Las Vegas (Sin City) for a little bachelor party. Trouble is, I had so much fun, I got back to NYC and immediately got sick. I think I got a cold, must've been the weather change and the severe lack of sleep. Vegas will do that to you.
Anyway, got alot on my plate for this next week. 4 exams in 1 week here to mark the end of my first semester back at school. Only 9 more to go, whoopee!

As for my extracurricular activities, it seems that all is well and good in the SOCOM world. I just got my Limited Edition Urgent Fury T-Shirt and my SOCOM League T-Shirt. Pretty sweet, huh?

And [APC] A Perfect Circle is truly kicking A55 in the Urgent Fury Tournament. We're still in FIRST PLACE! Check the STANDINGS PAGE. It's week 10 and we've got 11 cities and we are looking like a well-oiled machine out in SOCOM land.

Well, I think that's all I got in me for now. Thanks for stopping by.

Urgent Fury rolls on: [APC] goes 2-1

Well, this past week, [APC] A Perfect Circle goes on to win 2 of 3 wars, beating [APE] and >7< and losing to [WeT]. Due to school obligations, I was not able to participate in these matches, but from what it looks like, [APE] and >7< didn't put up much of a fight against the well-tuned [APC] war machine. However, with good planning and entrenched forces, [WeT] served [APC] it's FIRST loss of the tournament.
It looks like [APC] is attempting to solidify its forces in the northeast area of this Area of Operations: Mexico. You can check the TAC MAP: HERE.
According the the STANDINGS, it looks like [APC] is currently in the lead with 6 cities controlled.
Next week will bring a bunch of new challenges, but probably due to school obligations, I will mostly likely have to watch from the sidelines.
Hey, I got 2 exams and 2 lab practicals coming up in the next 2 weeks.

Urgent Fury Update: [APC] takes a second win.

Whoa, while I was at class learning about the intrinsic muscles of the hand and pointing out to my professor that Dopamine IS NOT EXCRETED BY THE ADRENAL MEDULLA, [APC] A Perfect Circle Clan takes another win, beating [WeT] Wetworks in Harvester Control Points.
Second win in a row for a perfect 2-0 record.
In celebration, I give you "What's Golden" by [APC] Merlin:

Urgent Fury 3 begins

So the third installment of the SOCOM scenario-based tournament is underway. This time the Area of Operations is Mexico.
Again, 24 Clans enter but only ONE can be crowned the SOCOM champion.
Last time around [APC] A Perfect Circle made it into the Final Four. This time, we're off to a good start winning our first week's war against [LOS] Last Ones Standing, sweeping them and leaving them in critical condition with only 1 city left. [APC] currently shares the lead with 5 cities.
You can check the standings HERE.
