Still another reason why the iPhone SUX: not widescreen

Well, despite Steve Jobs great keynote speech and the overall hype surrounding the iPhone, more news showing that it's not all it's supposed to be.
The iPhone isn't really widescreen.  Widescreen is classified as a aspect ratio of 1.78:1, the iPhone sports a 1.5:1 aspect ratio.  That puts it in between a standard television screen (4x3) and a real widescreen (16x9).  So if you really want to fill up the iPhone screen with a movie, you'll be cropping off the left and right sides or view it letterbox style.
Whatever, since the phone's not coming out till June, I suspect there'll be alot more reasons not to buy it.

Top 5 reasons why the iPhone sucks

Damn, with all the hype surrounding Apple's new iPhone, Gizmodo put up a list of 5 reasons why it sucks. I mean, you gotta agree with them, it's all hype. Smoke and mirrors. Sucks.
Onto the list (via Gizmodo via Newlaunches):

1. 2-megapixel camera when others have 5-megapixel shooters on board

2. 5-hour talk time: not enough battery life

3. No expansion slot. Go for the 8-gig model and that's it.

4. No 3G: EDGE is so last year

5. No removable battery: You mean we can't take along a spare battery? WTF?

Sounds reasonable. That settles it, I'm totally not going to switch to Cingular and drop my 600 bucks on this lump of crap.
