For you Windows XP users out there, you can get more control and customize your Windows look with WindowBlinds. Basically, you use it to skin your UI (user interface). I run it and make my Windows look like a Mac, 'cuz I'm so 1337.

WindowBlinds changes the look and feel of your Windows GUI by applying visual styles to your entire Windows environment. When a visual style is applied, they change nearly every elements of the Windows GUI such as title bars, push buttons, the Start bar, and more.
