Well, it's not a download, per se, but an online program that rasterizes images, The Rasterbator. I came across this a couple years ago and it's still up and running. Good for you guys.
Personally, I have a giant picture of Angelina Jolie on my wall at home. Covers the whole wall in my eat-in kitchen. The program changes any picture you give it into a rasterized pic of any size in adobe format on many sheets of paper. You then have to take those images and put them together and stick them on the wall or other suitable surface. Good for the artsy type. You can see more examples at the Rasterbator Gallery.
