Mom Calls Fetus a Passenger

9-month pregnant, Candace Dickinson, was given a ticket while driving in the HOV lane in Phoenix. But she plans on fighting it in court stating that her child in her womb counts as a passenger.

"I understand the reasoning for the HOV lane," said Candace Dickinson, 23. "But whether my son is in a car seat versus in my stomach, I don’t get it. It’s the same thing."
