Who is this man?

Probably the wierdest homeless man there is. This is a sighting on the FDR southbound at about 105th street. This blurry pic is this man posing on the side of highway, shirtless in freezing weather, holding what appears to be a goblet of some sort. This guy is sometimes there, and sometimes not. But I'm sure other people have seen this mystery man. What or who is he? An enigma, that's what.
