Elderly Man Drives with Body in Windshield

This guy just went out for a leisurely drive, maybe for some sight seeing, maybe to pick up hookers for dinner companionship. Problem is, this guy was 93 years old... and had dementia.
And drove around for 3 miles, with the bloody body of a pedestrian that he hit, lodged in his windshield.
No charges are expected to be filed because, frankly, the dude had no idea what he was doing.
