When you use "411" to find a phone number, you probably pay between $1.00 to $3.00 to use the service. This is a free directory assistance number that you can call. Downside? You have to hear a short advertisement of your selected or competitor's listing before you get the number. Haven't used it personally, but I've heard it works OK.
