Tasti-D-Lilte Update: The People's Court?

Well, I put in my claim in at the Brooklyn Small Claims Court, and this past week, I got a letter from The People's Court!
Yeah, weird isn't it?
So now I'm gonna think it over, whether or not I should take this legal battle on television. I so much do not like afternoon television programming, especially since it's totally geared toward uneducated middle america housewives who sit home and eat junk food all day doing their laundry for their 5 kids in the trailer home park.
But on the upside, I get 250 bucks, even if I lose my case. So maybe I'll pursue it. But it may not happen anyway, since BOTH parties need to agree to appear on television.
I really have to have all my documents and legal arguments in order.

Update to the Tasti-D-Lite fiasco

So I called my legal company last night to change my coverage plan, since I was formerly associated with Mattleman, Weinroth, & Miller in New Jersey, I had to get representation here in New York. I sent out an email detailing my change in residency and, surprisingly, they got back to me real quick this morning.
This transaction with the Tasti-D-Lite and my legal team will determine if I stay with Pre-Paid Legal or not. Just the other month, I was considering dropping their coverage, but now, this is the proving ground.

***Update: Just got associated with Feldman, Kramer, & Monaco, P.C. here in New York... let the phone calls begin!!!
