Windows Vista to Start Up in 2 to 3 Seconds

Well, this is probably the most interesting thing about the new upcoming Windows OS: it's supposedly going to start up in 2-3 seconds. MY friggin' machine takes about 6 minutes from power off to start up and run... Microsoft, I'll believe it when I see it.
