Urgent Fury Update
Looks like the [APC] "A Perfect Circle" Clan is up against the wall. With the Urgent Fury SOCOM II Tournament winding down in preparation for the release of SOCOM 3, the tournament has gone into sudden death.
Clan still battle head to head in attempts to control states, but if one should lose an attack of a defender's state, the attacker now also loses their state.
These past couple weeks have not been good to [APC]. Opposing clans such as [Cp] "Capital Punishment" and [SiC] "Soldiers in Combat" have given the APCers a tough go round. With attacks and defences coming almost nightly, [APC], with their dwindling number of states faces certain elimination from the tournament.
It has been far from an easy start for the fledgling tournament. This is its first incarnation and accusations of lag tactics and 'ringer' substitutions have marred the otherwise honest tournament. A more thorough screening process for invited clans is needed.
But nevertheless, [APC] still soldiers on with its great communication and teamwork skills taking the place of cheating and underhandedness.
We have 6 states, I could be mistaken with all the wars this past week. And the tournament leaders, [Cp] have close to 20. The map says it all, with [Cp] sweeping in from the west to enter the northeast territory of [APC].
So the end may be near.
One more thing:
[Cp] and [SiC] run downloading software to lag their internet connections and frequently run more than one player in a household from a router. That's blatant cheating boys and girls. An indication of a complete lack of skill.
