mash-up/mix-ins/blends.... mp3's

got this info off of bloggy mcblogster....
this site has a whole list of mash-ups, what i like to call, blends....
by any name, it's the same thing...
just like the new reggaeton that their selling these days... that sh*t ain't new. that sh*t's been around since the 90's, back when they just called it "spanish reggae". but i digress...
as far as the mash-ups go...
hell, i was doing this sh*t back in the day in philly on two turntables at egypt nightclub on delaware ave...
but as technology progresses, so does the crap it spawns...
i couldn't hold my peace anymore, some of these blends are good, some of them are crap, crap, and more crap... and for god's sake, don't play two different vocals at once and think its good....
but i guess you got to weed out the seeds before you roll a J....

the bottom line: people, you got to learn to beat-match!!!! no technology is replacement for good old fashion rhythm... if you don't have rhythm, don't attempt it... find the downbeat!!!
