Poll Closed: Nobody knows what RSS is, and nobody cares.

Hmm, awhile ago I put up a poll about RSS, to see if anyone knew what it was; and more importantly, if anyone was using it to read this site.
I had a theory that people were using RSS readers to keep up with this site and not actually visiting it on a daily or weekly basis. And that would answer the whole mystery as to why my hits were taking a nosedive:


But them internets are a fickle creature. As you can see from the graph above, traffic here at pknyc is pretty random. When I first started school, traffic was down to about 3-4 hits a day, down from the average 25 per day. But we had a spike on the 7th and had 23 hits. Who knew?


Oh well. The big picture is that over the last year, the traffic has plummeted. Seems like no one knows what RSS is, or what an RSS reader is... And it seems like they don't care.
