Urgent Fury Update: [APC] back from the brink.

Damn, last week, we were totally down to one country, our backs to the wall, on the verge of elimination. But after two matches... two wins... we're back with 3 countries!
We fought and won for Ethiopia and Somalia the last 2 wars. Check the Tac Map. So I think we now have control of Ethiopia, Somalia, and Kenya... And a fighting chance against the competition.
