Man Glued to Toilet Seat

So this guy goes into Home Depot and decides to "drop a deuce", "drop the kids off at the pool", "make some brown babies", you know what I'm saying.
He finds out that some prankster smeared glue on the seat causing him to get stuck, so he's sueing Home Depot for ignoring his cries for help for 15 minutes.
First of all, why the hell is he doing the deuce all skin like that? Doesn't he know that you NEVER let your a55 touch a public toilet seat? I usually go with about 4-5 inches of paper padding between me and the seat, just to be safe.
