Sony Aibo Gets Smarter

My girlfriend constantly bugs me about how she wants a friggin' dog/puppy. I don't know. I don't want to keep up with the stupid thing, cleaning, walking, etc.
So in comes the new Aibo from Sony. Via Akihabara News:

On a more serious note, this is the ERS-7M3 running on the Mind 3 software. Communication with the outside world (its environment) has been improved (it recognises 1000 words instead of 800, which is more than a Spice Girl!). It also comes with the new Aibo Photo Diary software (some sort of Outlook-like software for the pictures) with Web access.
