speak french? well, i don't, but i'm guessing "le parkour" translates to: "friggin' awesome". if you remember the old nike presto tv ads or some of the current scion ads, you've seen these guys at work.
it's actually a new urban sport also known as "obstacle-coursing." you have got to see some of the videos in order to believe what the human body is truly capable of...
